Well, I think you'll have a bigger problem.

The 1" shafts were used with 1:1 transmisssions, and used something like a 13x13 prop. The 1-1/8" shafts were used with 1:1.5 Powerslot transmissions, and used something like a 14x18 prop.

If you bore out a 13x13 and put it on your powerslot equipped boat, you'll be grossly underpropped - you'll hit redline on the engine at a speed in the mid-30 mph range. As an on-the-water spare, it'd certainly get you home, but I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't want to keep it bolted on any longer than necessary. I'd keep looking for the right prop for your boat.

You should be able to find a 14x18, 13.5x17.5, or something similar pretty easily.
