I'm with you Kyle, on the 5 clicks back seems like not enough. Maybe they're big clicks.
Seems like a weird way of doing it also, but... whatever works.
I usually go about it the other way. Tighten one or two clicks at a time until I hear something, then back it off one, maybe two. Again, whatever gets the same adjustment result.
