There is always the possibility that some debris is not allowing the secondary throttle blade to close. Had this happen to me on the first days of a weeks vacation a couple years back. Popped off the secondary bowl, cleaned it out, put it back together and was good for the rest of the week. I do like blue reusable gaskets.
