Mild detergent, warm water, and a soft brush will a pretty great job on most vinyl. Follow up with the protectant of your choice. I use Vinylex, wipe it off, wait 10 minutes, and buff with a soft cloth. Takes the greasy feel out and looks great.
My local dealer swears by ZEP. However, it looks like I may need to see if they have an extra can of it they will sell me. This
