Did you ride the 2012 One with the fins removed? I have a 2010 One, and I think it rides like it's one rails with the fins in. I haven't ever tried it without because there aren't any molded in fins, and I'm worried about it being too loose. I pulled the standard 1" fins off and replaced them with 1/2" Byerly blunts. It still tracks well, but I'm able to break it loose when I want.
