I had a former co-worker whose sister received EBT. The sister also had an alcohol "issue". The co-worker would go to the grocery store with his sister and pick out food for HIS family and then give the sister 50 cents on the dollar. The co-worker said he didn't feel bad doing this because the EBT was being used for a food purchase. Feel better now?
I guess his sister's kids didn't need to eat.
