First we need a coach who has some ability, and the juice to bring in some quality coordinators and staff. Ponder looked OK for a while, but he is clueless now. I think with proper coaching he could perform. There have been lots of QB's who didn't light it up out of the hole.
Frazier couldn't coach himself out of a wet paper bag.
