Easy, but a little heavy depending on your speaker/light/rack setup. Two hand screws and it folds forward, then two more to drop the lower legs down. Ends up being about the same height as the windshield frame. Just be sure to put anti-seize on the screws the first time you remove them, or they will gall and become one with the tower. Don't ask how I know.
