I forgot to mention that. I could barely plane out with a 14x20. Planes great loaded out with a boat full of people with the 14.5x14.25.
The thru hull thing is annoying too. Probably takes me 30 minutes to fill running one pump at a time. I plan to just deal with it for the rest of the summer then add a couple more thru hulls over the winter.
