Snap the asp and put in a freezer bag. Pour in some fun Italian type dressing and let set for awhile. Put the grill on high and toss the drained asp on the grill in a basket. Cook for a couple of minutes and shake the basket a couple of times as you go. Some people like their's really crispy. I like mine not so crispy. I sprinkle lemon pepper on them as they cook.
