Another kudos for cross fitness. There really isn't any new discoveries with these workouts but you have to work very hard and you will be in the best shape of your life. I have been doing this consistently the past 3 years. I never get tired on the water other than tired of my crappy skiing!! I am going to try lessons this year for the first time.
