I agree. We are lucky enough to have a competent starter/alternator shop that rebuilds them. I bring them my starter and alternator every year after winterizing just to make sure they are operating...

I have a new never used Westland boat cover for sale. It's model MC5016 made with Sharkskin material. Their catalog shows this is an exact fit cover for a Prostar 91-'94 but it did not fit my '92...

I will not try to defend the use of a perfectly good lag bolt here but it does the job well and will last years if you pre-drill correctly and don't over torque them. Sure makes it easy if you must...
