If you used 3/4" X 4" HDPE and 1" round HDPE you may end up cheaper and easier to produce. Mcmaster has 3/4" X 4" for $7.16 per ft and 1" round for $2.82 per ft.

Just a bank that is close to the dealership I use. I think the banks that dealerships regularly use will do better on boats like MC's and Nautiques because they know how the value holds.
