all the existing valve-train components,...

all the existing valve-train components, pushrods, rockers etc. can be swapped right onto the p head, roll each pushrod on a flat surface to check for straightness.

My painter did it recently in his free time. Called Silver Ice Metallic really shines in the sun, I won't say which MFG uses that paint code as I may burn for putting a non ford color on . LOL

Looking good, dupli color engine paint with ceramic is good stuff it dries with a hard coating tough to chip after its dried. I just painted my little 302 with this paint and it came out great.

Perhaps all the fluid just overtook the seal and it leaked from sitting? I would clean it up, top off transmission with fluid and water test for leaks. Sometimes seals do some odd things.

I doubt you actually had any voltage issues on the engine and engine harness, I didn't all my problems were under the dash.

I personally won't run Petronix, I've heard way to many problems...
