I've had good luck contacting HeaterCraft directly for heaters. Not too hard to install once you get past the mental aspect of sawing the 3" holes for the vents.

I got some good advice on here somewhere to go buy a length of RV sewer hose from Wally Mart to replace the section of blower hose. It's less expensive and tougher than the existing hose.

This also happened to a friend while wakesurfing. Was pulling himself up the rope to find the sweet spot, fell and looped the rope around his thumb. Didn't find that one, either.
