Agreed that foam blocks won't work. The boat currently has foam under the gunwales, tank, etc and I think the nose.

There sure is a case to be made to not replace the foam...or to add...

Using the harbor freight saw to cut away the fiberglass overlay so I can remove the floor from the main stringer.

Popping up the floor panel. Have to pry it up unless you're clever enough to find all the nails under the fiberglass decking and remove them first. Didn't do that.

First picture shows the factory floor. Trying to guess how far up the pocket goes. There seems to be a seam in the front area right by the wiring...

The gelcoat is good but not perfect. The top metalflake is loosing a bit of it's clearcoat and the there are a few scratches here and there in the side. Try to keep it off the dock but over 20+...
