It should be considered a "water device or toy". It isn't registered but it is "propelled", although you are the propulsion, just as a kayak or canoe would be.

My buddies 94 didnt start one year and swapped relays and it did - got a spare from skidim. the injectors fire from a driver in the ecm, not sure of the voltage.

My wife noticed a difference, 36 is the point...

My wife noticed a difference, 36 is the point where the noise seems to get back to normal level; 28-34 is really nice but you can still hear the exhaust note but now at the back of the boat :)
