Just winterising my 91 prostar today, and decided to chase the threads in the exhaust headers. They have needed done for years and are now so bad I'm worried that I'll not be able to get the plugs in...

Block drain thread
Okay, So I'm de-winterising my 1991 PS190 and the block drain plug thread is screwed. Years of corrosion in the thread have damaged the plug. I've figured out (I think) that the fitting is 1/4 NPT...

I just bought an engine/tranny manual from Ski-Dim for my 1991 PS 190 351. It states in there that I should be using leaded fuel and can use low lead for short periods but must not use unleaded fuel....
