Unrealistic to expect a prop to get you 6 more mph. That’s not what the hull was designed for. You might pick up 2-3 mph but not 6.

Probably wishful thinking. The engine is likely carbureted and the Yamaha LCD gauge does not have an hour meter on it. I have the same Yamaha setup on my 1992 Barefoot Sanger.

Biggest focus should be on the overall hull condition, and the engine. Wakes will be quite different as well.
