I can only assume that the fuel in tank is what keeps the pump cool enough to run. If no fuel...my guess is fuel pump in tank is shot as well. Or at the very least plugged with sediment.

First off...the craftsmanship look very good. Maybe I am confused....but are you pushing star-port/ opposite side of boat down? If so, it seems that you would need more angle top to bottom on gate...

I think it may just be the bearing/s. No issues on performance...just getting noisy. I will consider new. Can you id the one i have to make things easier to replace or fix?

Start with un-plugging U-shape plug on top of...

Start with un-plugging U-shape plug on top of fuel pump...clean contacts and see if it helps. Probably wouldn't hurt to use some di-electric grease also. I would try to keep things simple at first.

As stated in your other thread....here is the problem! In addition, you most likely have bent strut and bent shaft. Also, the de-lamentation of your bottom paint is probably not helping. Fix those...

Roman....maybe I missed it, but did you ever straighten out your prop shaft where it runs through the hull? Is it possible that the drive line is the problem and not necessarily the prop?

I had no problems with SeaDek. Measured carefully and prep surface. Stuff is bullet proof.
