I wish that I had taken more pictures. The biggest difficulty I had was that the Home Depot foam is very low density. If you have access to actual surf blanks you will have a much easier time shaping...

One of mine (the rear pump) was mis-wired from the factory. It's a three wire design because of the auto or manual feature and the wires were backwards.
