Impeller will usually start backing out, then pull out with small vice grips / paint can openers.

Might replace the inner seal on your RWP before dropping the coin on a new one.

The seal can wear out and its a $25 fix not hundreds.

I did a write up with pics, search for it.

Easy job and cheap...
