Curious, what is the general rule of thumb? JL Audio tech told me to set HP at 75-85Hz for the M770 component in-boat speakers and 65-80Hz on the LP for the 10" JL sub. That number on HP seems low...

Used a heat gun and steel putty knife. Removing the old factory pad was a royal PITA...cleaned residue with acetone and then installed the SeaDek pad.
