I pulled the inspection plate down (only two bolts) then snuck the camera up behind the flywheel. I spun the motor over by hand while the camera was in there. Also had the starter out at the time....

Got the new damper plate, put it all back...

Got the new damper plate, put it all back together. Went together fairly smoothly and quickly. Now it doesn't crank. Checked all the basics, power/ground to starter/electrical components, all good....
