Talk to Eric at OJ Prop (EJOJPROP), test a few props and see what works best.

I was able to pick up a couple MPH and get better holeshot with a CNC prop upgrade on 2001 X9

Use a 120 grit or finer flap disk instead of a grinding wheel and you will have much better results....
