In the picture, I cleaned up the LH water jacket port with a rag. It looked just like the untouched RH port prior to that. I know it looks like rust...

Thanks Shaun. I'm in Tampa so no freezing temps to worry about. I do think a compression test is in my future but it runs so strong it's hard to imagine there's a head gasket issue.
