I had an 87' SeaRay 190 with a 135 Merc OB. I installed a pylon and skiied behind it for 17 years. It was a very reliable open water slalom boat. It was still running like brand new when I sold it.

Ok, here is the finished product. Starbrite 3 step for 35 bucks, but I think I have enough left over for 2 more times. Approx 10 bucks then. It turned out better than any of my previous efforts....

I would never put a tube trailer in salt, even once. If it is a C-channel trailer, rinse it good. If it has trailer brakes, they won't last long.
