I used these ones, they come with the trim rings....

I used these ones, they come with the trim rings. Purchased Par20 LED bulbs for them.

JimN, I did not use SIPS I built with ICF (insulated concrete forms),...google them! Even if you just use the for a basement walls, after its poured, you have your interior walls ready for drywall,...

Well, I thought I'd post a pic of start of my new boathouse. Floor area is 28' x 20', walls are 9'9" for a 9'w x 8'h garage door with at 12/12 pitch roof. Hope to have floor poured next week.
