What is the law in the states for open alcohol on...

What is the law in the states for open alcohol on board? I know in canada its zero tolerance here, only way to drink on a boat is anchored off shore and has to have a toilet.

It's a 4150 there is list number or any number on there the only numbers I found was on the bottom 1850. Gonna try it see what happens.

Carb inlet size

Anyone now the size for the screw in inlet from the fuel pump to the carb? I tried to use my old one but it looks like the new one is fine thread into the carb? Pretty sure it's a 4160

fuel pump return

on my new carb i bought there is a outlet that says fuel pump return, where dose this hose go? I will get pic up as soon as i can. There is the fuel in but not sure where the fuel pump return goes...

finally ready to fire

so after tearing apart my motor because of water in the oil (bad water jackets) im finally ready to fire it up. my dip stick is broke off for where the full line would be for the oil how much oil...

Transmission question

So I wanted to put my transmission back on to spin the motor with the starter to see if any water was left in the motor and it was laying face down(motor to tranny side) and there was a bit of fluid...

New floor

After pulling up the old floor (what a pain, it had 1/2" marine plywood then fiberglassed to the stringers and side of the hull) I found the stringers to be solid. I'm thinking of putting 1/2" back...
