My 1996 Prostar 190 had a honeycomb aluminum rear...

My 1996 Prostar 190 had a honeycomb aluminum rear seat base, which was also crushed on hue he corners. So I think that material was common.

You can pick up doghouse hinges with removable hingepins, which makes pulling the motor cover out when you need to REALLY easy. Worth putting them in if you're pulling the floor anyway, IMO.
