One 1/2 hole in the center and then 3 mounting holes. I filled all of them with 3M 4000 and haven't had an issue. I've got more install photos that I thought I had uploaded...

No compression to all cylinders? I would think valves aren't closing. Possibly a timing change failure? You could pull the distributor cap off and see if the rotor is turning. Or look in the valve...
