The oil cooler is supposed to be cleared frequently and that was recommended in the manual. I don't know if they gave up, but it's not done as often as it should.

Did the dealer say anything about running diagnostics? If not, ask why. Without doing that, it's a royal PITA to know what the sensors are doing, seeing, etc. Open the throttle and see if it starts....
