Depending on what is wrong, you can probably contact Indmar and they can fix yours or get you a new one. No there are not aftermarket ECU's that I know of.

I would recommend doing some serious glass work from the inside. That way you could hopefully put that broken piece back in, and then just smooth the visible surface.
