It is, 3/4" is the inside diameter of a 3/4" pipe, the outside diameter is the 1.050". You need a 3/4" NPT tap which is available everywhere that sells tools.

The LT-1 pic has the plug wire posts to the inside and the ECM is plugged in to the top with the CPS...

I did a little research and the difference between the 184040F and the 185040F is the red "push to trip" test button. You should be perfectly fine with either. Both are waterproof, 40A breakers...

The gasket on the engine thermostat is one of the o-ring type which fits around the thermostat. The engine thermostat has a hole drilled in it, so SkiDim is the easiest way to replace it.
