Check & clean the knock sensor electrical...

Check & clean the knock sensor electrical connection. A blue wire connects to it. Located on the engine block. On a V drive it's the port side of the boat. Had the same problem earlier this year

Check the yellow connection on top of the fuel pump, could have wiggled loose. Also check the crank position sensors under the engine near the transom. Both caused starting issues on my LTR
