It's still my favorite too. 1 in Austraila (I heard), 4 in US. There was 1 for sale last summer, I heard it fell a fork lift and had to have the nose redone. Otherwise, I haven't seen another 35th...

IMO - Tan will hurt resale

I would never buy a boat (car, etc.) with tan. I use to see a lot of high end cars with tan and would ask why? It just doesn't fit the color scheme IMO, yes I'm different.

My extra bay is still in progress. It got delayed for several reasons.
Dimensions were dictated by original garage, needed to match. I don't have
a tower so the door didn't need to be extra tall....

Thanks for sharing, our course is 20 years plus too!

I inherited a course at Lake Martin years ago and now it's over 20 years since I've taken care of it for 20 myself. The main cable seems o.k. Each spring I hand to hand walk it and clean the winter...
