Thanks I will go that route if this doesn't hold. Just hoping to get it to work for tomorrow. As you can see it actually stuck fine to the hull, it was the mount that broke loose.

I blocked the back of the boat, and lifted the front with an engine hoist. Then pulled the trailer half way out, then blocked the keel and let it down, leaving the trailer free. Worked slick.
