If it gets where it won't idle right and you get large amounts of black smoke out of the exhaust, it's the power valve that needs replacing. It has a hole in it and is flooding the engine.

I have searched and can't find anything to resemble an owners manual/parts drawing/parts list for a Reliable actuator like the UFP pdf, nor do I remember anyone ever posting a pic or a link to one...

If the boat is off the trailer, there isn't enough weight on the trailer to hold it on the ground and the brakes lock up and the actuator...

On top of the transmission is a ID tag and it tells the serial #, model #, manufacturer and transmission ratio of 1:1 or 1.5:1. 1:1 is a 1" shaft and 1.5:1 is a 1 1/8" shaft.
