I hope you realize Romney cannot repeal Obamacare the minute he gets in office. It still takes a bill in congress to repeal the law and the president would then have to sign the repeal into law....

On mine, the tensioner has a bolt in the middle. A socket on that bolt and counterclockwise removes tension, clockwise puts the tension back on.
