Thanks. I considered putting these covers on the engine but the polished finned style just seems more "old school" like the boat.

I think this is the mirror you're looking for. It may have the mounting bracket for the 3/4" bar mount as well. Does the boat have the 3/4" bar? If not, you may have to have someone fabricate one for...

I saw this boat today. It's a bit rougher than I thought it would be. Two of the tracking fins are laying on the floor inside the boat (Both bent). Rust and corrosion on engine including the valve...

Valve Covers

Those valve covers look unique. Most Prostars through '89 had chrome valve covers. And, I don't remember seeing The Mastercraft Logo with a star on the aluminum ones that followed.

I have the same set-up. I'm able to get 45 mph GPS out of it with the stock 13 x 13 OJ prop.
Someone who knows more about engines may be able to help you get more MPH from it.

I think MC was moving towards the newer deck and windshield. through these years and offered the newer deck and flat panel windshield as a "deluxe" option.

Yes the plastic hook thing. I don't use them on my handle line. They are very handy for light weight mooring lines. (Jet ski etc.)
