I don't know what the market is like where you live, but I would reconsider your price. These boats are rare and coveted by the slalom crowd. I wouldn't hesitate to start at around 15k.

Do you hear the fuel pump prime for about 2 seconds when you turn the key to the on position? If not, I would start with the safety lanyard. Pull it and short the two wires together.

I use 20W-50 in my LT-1 and it runs around 70psi...

I use 20W-50 in my LT-1 and it runs around 70psi when it's cold. As it warms up the pressure drops off a bit to around 50. Not sure at idle, but 6 seems really low.

Definitely sounds like something is not lined up, or maybe the tensioner is not putting enough tension on it. It should last longer than 2 seasons.
