There are NO negative wires on the starter, The starter gets the negative connection through the starter case...

Mine was still stalling as soon as the temps hit 110 plus and as you hit 2000 rpm it basically shut down didn't quit and no codes thrown. Just back off and momentarily then you could get it back...
