try soaking in pb blaster for a couple days and...

try soaking in pb blaster for a couple days and pounding on it some more. try using an impact on it in both directions to get the pb or wd-40 to penetrate.

If it wont break free unfortunetely torch...

The filter and sock look brand new, no restrictions there that I can tell
No fuel water separator. It's the same fuel pump and system as the fresh water...

Completely stumped..... Boat is an 07 xstar SS with 6.0 crusader. Ran boat for about 3 hours the other day and everything ran fine with no issues. Make it 100 yards from the dock and the fuel pump...

+1... It's rated to tow 11,000 lb. but won't get the best mpg doing it. But I don't tow the boat very often, it will be in a lift during the summer. So wasn't worth the extra coin to me for a diesel

it has plenty of power. I have pulled quite a bit heavier than the xstar and it still has plenty of power still, but only gets 8-10 mpg with that kind of weight. I was on the fence with a f250 diesel...

No doesn't mean you have them. The switch and all the wiring will be there even if the boat doesn't have them. From the pictures, it doesnt look like it has the heater ports in the cabin.

I just paid 43k for an 07 that's nearly perfect 200 hrs. I wouldn't pay any higher 37-38 for this boat concidering it needs all new interior and the hours.
