Took the boat out last night (96 prostar 190 with GM 350). Got her up to 4000 rpm and then rpms quickly dropped to 1000. Slowly increased rpm again, got to 2000 then it quickly dropped back to 1000...

Thats how all the wires are. I'm really hoping its the flasher. My uncle tows a camper with his truck. I might try and see if the trailer works hooked up to his truck.
