Just a comment on your first post. You said yours runs 180 degrees regularly? My 93 LT-1 rarely goes above 130- 140 degrees even when hot lapping course sets. Mike, JerseyDave, and other LT-1 owners...

I would recommend doing some serious glass work from the inside. That way you could hopefully put that broken piece back in, and then just smooth the visible surface.

Why don't you just take the mufflers out and straight pipe it? Sounds a lot better. Also like AZDave said, most of us don't have the back seat...
