Indeed I do need more weight as we are rarely enough people in the boat.

Update on current situation: Happy Ending!!

I confirm that the original PP installation was erroneous and, combined with a cranking only battery, was the source of all the problems: PP not holding its speed, throttle not functionning properly...

I can say that on my Tigé, the fins did not prevent the boat from tipping inside the turn but I would feel that the turn was solid and relatively crisp.
