Only if it is a TDI, or 4.2. I had a 3.0T for a service loaner it needed a couple more cylinders. There's no replacement for displacement.

Not anything that I notice. This spring hook "old yeller" to it and drag it around, see what you think. Besides, if you had the air ride it should keep it at the proper ride height.
