The other boat is a 26' walkaround for fishing. Macerator pumps keeps blowing fuses. I removed it and connected it directly to a battery. Seems to run strong at first, then consistently decreases...

Took the boat out last night (96 prostar 190 with GM 350). Got her up to 4000 rpm and then rpms quickly dropped to 1000. Slowly increased rpm again, got to 2000 then it quickly dropped back to 1000...
