I'd drill another hole and call it good for another 13 years. If you drill it and use a bolt with a tighter tolerance it will last longer before it starts to elongate.

Good point. You see more and more pontoons with 250-300 hp motors on them now. I think a lot of people that might have bought an I/O bowrider a few years ago are now buying overpowered pontoons.
