If you can weld or know someone who can this seems like the quickest/easiest route.
Use a smaller diameter socket with short pieces of bar stock on the outside sticking past the end of the socket.

I don’t see any advantage to this method over just pouring the RV antifreeze in through the circulation pump? This method still wastes a bunch of AF out the exhaust.
